Maximilian Munich Apartments & Hotel

The location was perfect, walking distance to central city and Maximilian Strasse. The staff were gracious, competent, and helpful. The apartments/suites were well appointed and faced a pleasant interior court. The nearby Mandarin Oriental added a high-end hotel atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and everything is within close proximity. The staff at the hotel were courteous and always willing to assist. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few instances where the service fell short and could have been improved upon. The responsiveness for room cleaning could have been quicker, as guests had to wait until the afternoon and had to contact the staff multiple times.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, situated right in the center of the old part of the city. It was just a short walk to public transportation, making it easy for us to explore all the sights and attractions. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the efficient dry cleaning and housekeeping services. We were even welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room kitchenette were a great bonus. We also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could unwind and take in the view. The hotel's soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The garden area was a lovely spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening drink. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.

Although our stay was wonderful, we were disappointed that the hotel couldn't accommodate our request for a late check-out beyond 2 pm. We had already vacated and handed over one of our two rooms earlier, so we had hoped for some flexibility.

Excellent location, great room and facilities, efficient and friendly staff, spacious room, close to major sights, clean and well-prepared room.

Exceptional Service! Great location! Absolutely excellent service! ! We asked for an early arrival and they had the rooms ready before check, in time. the staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful. the one, bedroom suites were spacious and well, appointed. the location was fantastic, with a short walking distance to popular attractions and good restaurants around the area. the convenience of ordering cabs and the high quality of the bedding and towels provided were also a plus.

Small elevator and lack of seating in the front lobby. the elevator was very small, which is typical for European hotels, but it could be a bit cramped, especially with luggage.

The reservation process was smooth and we were well-received by the front desk staff upon arrival. the location of the property was great, with easy access to the main sightseeing areas and public transportation. the room size was generous, with plenty of space for luggage and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom facilities were good, with a nice shower and toiletries provided.

Our room did not live up to our expectations. We had booked a room with a garden view, but were given a fourth-floor attic space instead.

I had a superb experience at Apartments & Hotel Maximilian in Munich. The courtyard garden was a charming and peaceful oasis, and the rooms were lovely and comfortable. The kitchenette was surprisingly well-equipped and very convenient for lunches. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Hofbrauhaus and a short walk from Marienplatz. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Munich.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old part of the city and close to public transport. The service was top-notch, with amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with great amenities like a mini-bar, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, as well as the free toiletries, kitchen, and electric kettle. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us a welcome drink upon arrival.

We were unable to extend our request for late checkout beyond 2 pm, even though we had vacated and handed over one of the two rooms earlier. Despite this, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel located in the heart of the city. The location was ideal, with easy access to all of the popular Munich sites. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff were extremely helpful, providing information and assistance whenever needed. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day. The view from my room was beautiful, overlooking the bustling streets below.

The only downside was that the garden was smaller than expected.
